Position Overview:
We are seeking a fully licensed State Farm insurance specialist with a minimum of 5 years of State Farm experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge servicing farm/ranch, life and business policies including policy changes, underwriting follow-ups, claims, billing and a proven track record in production.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and service auto, fire, life and health insurance policies, including farm/ranch
- Conduct underwriting follow-ups and ensure compliance
- Support production goals through proactive client engagement
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
Qualifications:
- Fully licensed State Farm agent or representative
- Minimum 5 years of experience with State Farm
- Strong experience with farm/ranch policies and underwriting processes
- Demonstrated success in production and client service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
